V3KTOR is a baseline instrument. One session is a reading. Repeated sessions build a map of what's stable in you, and flag when current readings diverge from it. Seeing yourself on paper — measured, not narrated — gives you a reference point. From there, you can tell when you're being pushed versus when you're actually moving.
V3KTOR measures your instinctive reactions to emotional words and the speed of each in milliseconds.
Theoretical framework: VAD model — Valence, Arousal, Dominance (Mehrabian & Russell, 1974 · Russell, 1980). One of the most established in affective sciences.
Word values align with published affective norms (NRC VAD, Mohammad, 2018 · ANEW, Bradley & Lang, 1999). Response time as a signal of emotional automaticity draws on lexical decision research (Balota et al., 2007) and the IAT paradigm (Greenwald et al., 1998).
